Due to some positions becoming vacant and an unprecedented level of growth across all age groups, the Club is looking for new members to fulfill these rolls VOLUNTEERS ARE GOING TO BE REQUIRED FOR THE 2015 SEASON

MINUTES OF AGM - TUESDAY 15TH OCTOBER 2013 HELD AT SOLDIERS POINT BOWLING CLUB

MEETING OPENED at 7.45pm by President, Andrew Jacobs

PRESENT & APOLOGIES  as per attendance sheets

ADOPT PREVIOUS MINUTES   The minutes of the 2012 AGM were read by the secretary. Proposed Grant Lavers, seconded Rhys Fisher that the minutes of the 2012 AGM be accepted as a true and correct record. Carried by a show of hands

BUSINESS ARISING FROM MINUTES    Nil

PRESIDENTS REPORT   Andrew read his report and elaborated on several points. Proposed Andrew, seconded John Mackenzie that the report be accepted. Carried by a show of hands

TREASURERS REPORT  Bruce Cocking read his report and elaborated on several points. Proposed Bruce, seconded Herna Ward that the report be accepted. Carried by a show of hands

GENERAL BUSINESS       Special Resolution - To comply with the requirements of the Clubs Incorporation Act, Members are asked to formally adopt the Nelson Bay Football Club Inc. Constitution dated October 2013.   Moved Grant Lavers, Seconded Rhys Fisher that the Constitution be adopted. Accepted by a show of hands
